SHIPPING 

Please allow 5-10 business days for your item to be processed, packaged and shipped to you.

(Please be aware some of our dresses have to made when your order is placed, please give up 2 weeks for it to be made before being shipped out to you). 

Want your item(s) faster? 

We do 1 business day shipping with USPS for $25. Please email el-beeldn@gmail.com to request this service. 

 

RETURNS 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Please carefully select your items and check out size chart for an accurate fitting. We make a lot of the items based on order and can only offer exchange for the same item (if the item is in the original state if was received) 

We will not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, have an odor, stains, signs of wash, tags removed or item destroyed and used in any way.

FACE MASKS- Due to health issues and preventing the spread of the global deadly virus. We will NOT be accepting any return of masks. Our masks are delicate items and are made on order with care and detail. 

Face Masks are non returnable and non refundable. This mask is to be used at your own discretion. Meant to be worn for short periods of time only. Colour may vary by monitor.

EL-Bee LASHES- We do not accept returns on cosmetics for the obvious reasons. We provide a good description of them so we hope you as a buyer is knowledgeable about your purchase based on our clear description. 

 Our LASHES & FACE MASKS pictures are taken with a HD Camera, meaning everything you see is made very clear and exactly how it looks in person. We give a very clear and close up description of it with the photos.
